Nevertheless, if you’re going to take such a picture, arrange it well. Time it well.
Have the sun beam his reflection down the water a little off-center. Stagger the boats to give a sense of depth. Focus on boats with different mass and rigging.
It looks symmetrical but it pleasing well isn’t.

One's life is like a ship, we are sailing to our harbor and going on a colorful destiny. It makes our life filled with dramatical as this picture showed, Spectacular!
Similes and metaphors. Sunset spills plenty of them. Some people break into words. Like, "The sky broke like an egg into full sunset and the water caught fire." Pamela Hansford Johnson. A ship being a simile for life? Building on the simile of "Life's a journey"? I like your "colorful destiny."
Smiling to our ship, it just like to smile to our journey, people have dream as they always dream what they will be. that's the color of life journey, sailing well, life will go through a wonder land.
